Today we are still at the same factory with my customer. Together we will try to solve the defect problem, which have already been discussed for half a year. You will see how the director is playing for time trying to postpone solving the defected product. The factory, which is good looking from outside, turns out to be awful inside. As a result, it is the client to gives ideas about making the goods quality better.
